Happy September, Families!

We are *thrilled* and *delighted* to announce our 2024 Winter Recital!

This year's show is titled “’Tis the Season to Sparkle!”. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, December 7th. Showtimes will be announced by mid-October.  Please be advised that we will have FOUR separate shows and will be dancing all day, so we suggest that you block off 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on that day until your dancer’s specific showtime is announced in mid-October.

We will once again be dancing at His Hands Church, located at 550 Molly Lane in Woodstock, across the bridge from us, off Hwy. 92 beside Lowe’s and BJ’s.

Here’s how our Winter Recital works:

Fees & Tickets:

The recital fee is charged per student and is non-refundable; there is no sibling discount for recital fees.

·         $73 per student paid by credit/debit card on file OR

·         $70 per student paid by check/cash = $3 surcharge removed from your account

The fee includes one costume rental from our studio workshop which will be waiting in the dressing room for your dancer on recital day as well as two tickets to your dancer’s show. Additional tickets will be sold for $10 each at the studio the week prior to the recital and at the door on the day of the recital; a convenience fee surcharge will be added to card purchases at the door. Every guest will need a ticket for entry, excluding infants and lap-sitting toddlers. Dancers do not need a ticket. *PLEASE NOTE: No strollers are allowed inside the auditorium, and infant carriers may not be placed in the aisles or walkways inside the auditorium.

Participation:

Participation in our recitals is voluntary. If your dancer is unable to participate for any reason, please alert your teacher as soon as possible. Your teacher needs to know exactly whom and how many students are participating in each class so that she can choreograph and plan costumes accordingly. Also, please be advised that if your dancer does not participate in the recital, it will not affect her/his weekly class experience; each class will continue its usual weekly curriculum, including the dress-up for classes which do so, and the only difference is that your dancer will not show up at His Hands to dance in the recital on December 7th. Please note: Mommy & Me classes DO NOT PARTICIPATE in the recital.

How to Join the Event:

All eligible dancers have been enrolled in the recital event and the per dancer fee has been posted to your account.  You only need to let us know if you WILL NOT PARTICIPATE in the recital. You should email Mrs. Lori at lori@danceimagination.com as soon as possible to let her know. Your dancer(s) will be removed from the event and the recital fee(s) will be deleted from your account. If you DO want to participate in the recital, then you don’t need to do anything or send us any notification.

Deadline:

Your commitment to participate in the recital is due no later than Thursday, October 10TH. Your commitment = payment of your recital fee per dancer. We must close enrollment promptly in order to finalize the showtime schedules and publish them to everyone so you can make your plans for that day. We cannot guarantee costume availability for any dancer who opts in for this event after the deadline date.

Payment:

We will AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE ON OCTOBER 10TH unless you notify us prior to that date that you do not wish to participate in the show.
